Office & Business Lockout Service
A locked commercial door costs money by the minute. Staff standing outside, deliveries turning away, a service that cannot start. We prioritise commercial lockouts for exactly that reason.
Commercial hardware is a different animal: mortise locks, storefront cylinders, exit devices, electric strikes and mag locks. All of it opens, but the method depends on what is on the door and whether the building is alarmed.
We need authorisation, not just a key holder standing there. A business card and a manager on the phone, a lease, or a utility bill in the company name. For multi-tenant buildings we usually also want the property manager's nod.

Common questions
What authorisation do you need?
Something that ties you to the business at that address: a lease, a utility bill in the company name, or a director or manager reachable on the phone. In shared buildings we may also confirm with the property manager.
Can you open a door with an electric strike or mag lock?
Yes, though the approach differs. Access-controlled doors sometimes need power isolating first, which is why we ask what is on the door when you call.
Can you rekey while you are here?
Yes, and it is usually the sensible move if the lockout happened because a key is unaccounted for.

Locked myself out at eleven at night with a toddler asleep upstairs. Quoted me on the phone, arrived in half an hour, had the door open in under five minutes without a scratch on it. Charged exactly what was quoted.

We turn over about forty units a year and they handle every rekey. Invoiced to the office, keying schedule emailed the same day, never had to chase them.

Dealer wanted a tow plus two days for a lost Kia key. These guys did it in my driveway in about an hour for a lot less. Two keys, both tested before he left.

Panic bar failed on a Friday during service. They came out after close, fixed it properly and talked me through what the inspector would be looking for.
