What we collect

If you call us, we record the phone number you called from, the address or vehicle involved, and what you asked us to do. If you use the callback form, we collect the name, phone number, town and description you type into it. That is the whole list.

What we do with it

We use it to dispatch a technician, to invoice you, and to keep a record of the work in case something needs revisiting under warranty. Texas law also requires locksmith companies to keep records of certain jobs, and we comply with that.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to lead brokers. We do not send marketing texts. Your address and the fact that we worked on your locks is not information we share with anyone who is not legally entitled to it.

Proof of ownership

We check ID before opening any door or making any key. We note that a check was made; we do not photograph or retain copies of your documents.

This website

The site uses no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. Standard server logs record requests, including IP addresses, and are kept briefly for security purposes.
