Are you open at night and on weekends?
Yes. The dispatch line is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Overnight and holiday calls carry an after-hours rate, and you are told what it is before a van is sent.
How much does a lockout cost?
You get two numbers on the phone: the service call fee, which covers getting a licensed tech to you, and the labour range for the job. The final invoice lands inside that range or we explain why before we start work.
How quickly can you get here?
Inside Austin city limits, typically 20 to 40 minutes. Outer suburbs such as Dripping Springs, Liberty Hill and Elgin usually run 45 to 75 minutes. Dispatch quotes a real window rather than an optimistic one.
Will you need proof that I live there?
Always. A driver's licence showing the address, a lease, a utility bill or closing paperwork. For a vehicle, registration or title plus photo ID. We ask everybody, every time, with no exceptions.
Do you damage the lock to open it?
Rarely. Non-destructive entry is the default: picking, bypassing or decoding. Some high-security cylinders have to be drilled and replaced, and we tell you that and price it before touching the door.
Can you make a car key if I have lost all of them?
Yes, for most makes built since the mid-nineties. We originate the key from the VIN with your proof of ownership, cut it and program it to the immobiliser on site. No tow, no dealership.
Do you rekey or replace locks?
Whichever suits the door. Rekeying keeps sound hardware and costs far less. Replacement makes sense when the lock is worn out, the finish has failed or you want a higher security grade.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Texas locksmith company licence and carry general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request, and every tech carries a licence card.

Austin and the surrounding metro: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Lakeway, Kyle, Buda, Hutto, Manor and Dripping Springs among others.
What payment do you take?
Cards, tap-to-pay and cash. You get an itemised receipt by email before the tech leaves, whatever time of night it is.
