Key Safes & Lockboxes Fitted
A key safe is a small coded box bolted to a wall, holding a key for whoever needs it: a cleaner, a carer, a contractor, a guest. It replaces the fake rock, which everybody can spot.
Placement matters more than the box. Fitted somewhere overlooked, into masonry rather than siding, with the code set out of sight. A key safe screwed to the front door frame in plain view is an invitation.
For rentals and holiday lets we set the code with you and show you how to change it between guests, because a code that never changes is just a slower key under the mat.

Common questions
Are key safes secure enough?
A rated box fitted properly into masonry is far better than any hiding place. A cheap one screwed to siding is not.
Where should it go?
Somewhere not visible from the street and not next to the door it opens. We will suggest a spot when we survey.
Can it hold a car key?
It can hold a bladed key comfortably. A large proximity fob may not fit, so mention it when you book.
