The property had accumulated hardware from three different eras and a key ring to match. The brief was simple: make every exterior door work properly and make them all take one key.
Each door was measured individually because the cylinder sizes were all over the place. New handle sets went on the entry and patio doors, and every cylinder came out of the same keyed-alike batch.
The customer finished the day with one key on the ring and two spares in the drawer, and the patio slider actually latching for the first time in years.
