Broken exterior handle on a front door, opened non-destructively and repaired on the same call.
The exterior handle sheared off in the customer's hand on the way out, leaving the door shut and the spindle stranded inside the mechanism.
We opened the door without drilling, removed the remains of the handle set and fitted a replacement from the van. The mechanism underneath was sound, so the repair stayed cheap.
Total time on site was under an hour from knock to keys back in hand.
