The locksmith Austin calls
when it actually matters
We started in 2011 with one van and a phone that never went to voicemail. Fifteen years later the fleet is bigger, the phone still gets answered, and the promise has not changed: a real price before we roll, and a door that still works when we leave.
Mobile vans, not a shop
Straight, quoted pricing
Non-destructive entry
Cars, homes and businesses
Same-day rekeys
Every tech licence-carded
Every technician on the road carries a Texas licence card, works from a stocked van, and will tell you when a repair is the cheaper answer than a replacement.

Locks, keys and doors,
whatever they are attached to
Booked in a phone call,
done in one visit
Three steps, no surprises. The number you hear on the phone is the number on the invoice, or we explain the difference before we start.
-
You call and we quote
A person answers. You describe the door or the car, we give you the service call fee and a labour range.
-
A licensed tech rolls
You get a name and an honest arrival window. Every van is stocked for the common jobs.
-
Fixed, tested, invoiced
We open, rekey or replace, test the door or key in front of you, and email an itemised receipt.
What you actually
get charged
There is a reason this trade has a bad name: the $19 lockout ad that turns into a $400 invoice. We do not run that play. Here is exactly what your bill is made of.
A service call fee
Covers dispatching a licensed technician to your address. Quoted on the phone, charged once, not per lock.
Labour, quoted as a range
Based on the job you describe. If what we find on site is different, we stop and re-quote before we work.
Parts at a listed price
Cylinders, deadbolts, handle sets and key blanks are priced from a rate card, not made up at the door.
An after-hours rate
Applies overnight, on Sundays and on public holidays. You are told the rate before a van is sent.
Ask for the number on the phone. If any locksmith will not give you one before they drive out, hang up and call somebody else — including us.
Jobs we finished
this month
Austin and everywhere
within about an hour
Mobile vans working out of central Austin, so the whole metro is inside a short drive. If your town is not on the list, call anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
What Austin says
about us
Reviews left by customers across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park and Pflugerville.

Locked myself out at eleven at night with a toddler asleep upstairs. Quoted me on the phone, arrived in half an hour, had the door open in under five minutes without a scratch on it. Charged exactly what was quoted.
Marisol Trevino
Homeowner, Mueller

We turn over about forty units a year and they handle every rekey. Invoiced to the office, keying schedule emailed the same day, never had to chase them.
Dwayne Whitfield
Property manager, North Austin

Dealer wanted a tow plus two days for a lost Kia key. These guys did it in my driveway in about an hour for a lot less. Two keys, both tested before he left.
Priya Raghunathan
Driver, Cedar Park

Panic bar failed on a Friday during service. They came out after close, fixed it properly and talked me through what the inspector would be looking for.
Ben Ostrowski
Restaurant owner, East Sixth

Handle snapped clean off in my hand. He opened the door without drilling it, which I did not think was possible, and had a new set on within the hour.
Gail Emerson
Homeowner, Round Rock

Cut a spare for the van and put a key safe on the yard. Small job, treated it like it mattered. That is why we call them for the big ones.
Curtis Nakamura
Contractor, Pflugerville
Questions we get
every single day
Are you open at night and on weekends?
Yes. The dispatch line is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Overnight and holiday calls carry an after-hours rate, and you are told what it is before a van is sent.
How much does a lockout cost?
You get two numbers on the phone: the service call fee, which covers getting a licensed tech to you, and the labour range for the job. The final invoice lands inside that range or we explain why before we start work.
How quickly can you get here?
Inside Austin city limits, typically 20 to 40 minutes. Outer suburbs such as Dripping Springs, Liberty Hill and Elgin usually run 45 to 75 minutes. Dispatch quotes a real window rather than an optimistic one.
Will you need proof that I live there?
Always. A driver's licence showing the address, a lease, a utility bill or closing paperwork. For a vehicle, registration or title plus photo ID. We ask everybody, every time, with no exceptions.
Do you damage the lock to open it?
Rarely. Non-destructive entry is the default: picking, bypassing or decoding. Some high-security cylinders have to be drilled and replaced, and we tell you that and price it before touching the door.
Can you make a car key if I have lost all of them?
Yes, for most makes built since the mid-nineties. We originate the key from the VIN with your proof of ownership, cut it and program it to the immobiliser on site. No tow, no dealership.
Locked out? We answer the phone at 3 a.m.
One call gets a licensed, insured technician rolling to you anywhere in the Austin metro.
